We collect two kinds of information.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with anything optional you choose to add: your company, your project details, and any files you upload, such as sketches or CAD models.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our analytics record anonymous, aggregate usage data such as page views, general device and browser type, and approximate region. This data is privacy-friendly and does not identify you personally.

We use the information you send us to:

• Respond to your quote request and talk with you about your project.
• Prepare an estimate and, if you move forward, deliver the work.
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing unrelated to your request.

Remote works with sketches, drawings, and CAD files that are often sensitive intellectual property. Files you upload through the quote form are treated as confidential. They are stored securely, used only to understand and quote your project, and never shared publicly. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available to download on the quote page if you would like one in place before you send anything.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site. They only process the information needed to provide their service, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

Hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics and performance monitoring.

Resend

Delivers your quote request to us by email.

Vercel Blob

Securely stores the files you upload with your quote request.

We may also disclose information if we are required to by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We keep quote requests and any uploaded files for as long as needed to respond to your request and to keep a reasonable record of our work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Just email us at the address below and we will take care of it.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. You can read more on our Cookies Policy.

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmitting or storing data is ever completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
